For no other reason than having been led badly astray last evening by a couple of Aussie's, who's idea of dinner was a couple of shared bags of cheese and onion crisps, I'm reminded of that greatest of all Australians and indeed, of sportsman, the Aussie all-rounder Keith Miller. When asked about pressure he replied,
"Pressure," he said.
"I'll tell you what pressure is. Pressure is a Messerschmitt up your arse. Playing cricket is not."
Miller was, as you probably know, one of Australia's greatest all rounders and was a Mosquito pilot during the war.
Every child, or indeed anyone, taking sport or life too seriously should read about Keith Miller.
